Shipping / Returns Policy


All items are shipped via USPS within 3 days of order unless another carrier is chosen. USPS is not required to acquire a signature confirmation. 

You should receive tracking information upon your order shipping provided the email you use when ordering is correct. Please check your junk/spam for order confirmation.

Pamper and Beyond will NOT be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure the address you provided is complete and correct before placing your order. 

Due to COVID-19, local post office MAY experience delays.



All sales are FINAL!

Due to the handmade nature of our items and our current COVID-19 pandemic, no returns are allowed. 

No returns allowed on candles if you decide that you do not like the scent. If your candle is damaged, a replacement is free of charge with proof before a replacement is shipped. Please inform me no later than 2 days of receiving your package if it is damaged.  

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be sure that your entire order is correct before submitting payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
